• Al Hajis Business Man Services – Ajman provides professional document clearing, typing, application submission, and follow-up assistance for Tasheel services, Tawjeeh services, Economic Court services, UAE ICP immigration applications, Memorandum drafting, and Notary-related services.
• The Company acts strictly as a service facilitator and administrative support provider. We are not a government authority and do not represent or act on behalf of any ministry, court, or official department.
• All approvals, rejections, fines, penalties, fees, and final decisions are issued solely by the respective competent authorities.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents and information are accurate, valid, and complete at the time of submission.
• The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, rejections, additional requirements, penalties, or losses resulting from inaccurate information, missing documentation, or authority decisions.
• All official government fees, court fees, immigration fees, ICP charges, typing fees, and third-party payments are strictly non-refundable once processed or submitted.
• Service charges paid to the Company are considered administrative service fees and may not be refundable once processing has commenced.
• Processing timelines are subject to authority systems, internal procedures, public holidays, and technical factors beyond the Company’s control.
• The Company shall not be liable for system interruptions, portal technical issues, changes in official procedures, or authority policy updates.
• All website content including branding, text, design, and materials remain the intellectual property of Al Hajis Business Man Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
